Overview
These Terms govern your use of the Vireon Health website, eligibility questionnaire, checkout, support channels and related services, operated by Vireon Health LLC, 1278 Peregrine Ct, Concord, CA 94521. By using the website you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Healthcare relationship
Vireon Health LLC is not a medical provider. Care is provided by independent, U.S.-licensed providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants) working with a supervising physician. A provider-patient relationship begins only when a licensed provider reviews your information and establishes it. Website content, the questionnaire, an automated message or a support conversation does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship or guarantee treatment.
No emergency care
Vireon Health is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for an emergency.
Accurate information
You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to update it when it changes.
Provider decisions
A licensed provider decides whether an evaluation, treatment, prescription or follow-up is appropriate. We do not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a specific product, a particular result or a specific review time.
Pharmacy and medication
Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners after a licensed provider issues a valid prescription. Follow the pharmacy label and your provider's instructions. Never share prescription medication.
Payments, renewals and cancellations
Your card is only charged after a licensed provider reviews your intake and approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If treatment isn't approved, you aren't charged and nothing ships. Plans renew automatically at the same price at the end of each plan period until you cancel. Cancel anytime before your next renewal by emailing support@vireonhealth.com or calling +1 (925) 980-8042. Acceptable use
You may not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, access another person's account, interfere with the service or copy content without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
